The fee covers administrative setup. It is eligible for refund ONLY AFTER the first qualifying completed booking. Voluntary departure before this milestone makes the fee non-refundable.
15. Reliability & 3-Strike Policy
Confirmed bookings are a commitment to a client's special occasion. The following consequences apply to avoidable cancellations:

Warning Notice: Official reminder of reliability standards.
2nd
Reduced Visibility: Profile visibility restricted in search for 30 days.
3rd
Suspension: Temporary booking suspension for 7 days.
Safety & Broken Skin
Services must NOT be performed on areas with bleeding, wounds, sores, or infection. Professionals must stop service and advise medical consultation without providing a diagnosis.
